Wilkins Event Services provides event staffing and event services including, but not limited to:

Servers, bartenders, event captains, runners, and support staff
Event-related vendors/entertainment options (DJs, photo booths, specialty event services)
Event consultation, logistics support, and coordination assistance
Technology-based staffing solutions (including any app-based or on-demand staffing options where available)
All services are subject to scheduling, confirmation, and availability.

 
2. Website Use
You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use the Website in a way that violates any law or regulation
Attempt to hack, disrupt, disable, overload, or damage the Website
Submit false or misleading information through forms

3. Quotes, Booking & Payment Terms


A) Quotes
Quotes are estimates and may change based on:

Event size, staffing hours, location, and requirements
Last-minute changes, add-ons, or upgraded service needs
Extended staffing time or overtime
B) Booking Confirmation
Bookings are not considered confirmed until:

A contract or written agreement is signed (if applicable), and
Any required deposit and/or payment is received


C) Payment
You agree to pay all invoices according to the invoice terms, booking agreement, or contract. Payment methods accepted may include electronic payment platforms, ACH transfers, or other approved methods.

D) Late Payments
Unpaid balances may result in:

Event staffing cancellation
Additional fees where permitted by law
Refusal of future service until balance is paid in full
 
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Cancellations impact staffing availability and scheduling.

Event cancellation/refund terms may be stated in:

A written contract
Booking confirmation email
Invoice terms and conditions
If no written cancellation policy is provided, refunds are not guaranteed once staffing and event resources have been scheduled.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, staffing emergencies, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

 
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate event details (location, times, guest count, staffing needs)
Provide safe working conditions for staff
Ensure venue access and event readiness for scheduled staffing hours
Communicate event schedule or staffing changes as early as possible
Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with staff


You are responsible for venue requirements, permits, alcohol compliance, and any location-specific regulations related to your event.

 
6. Staffing & Contractor Policy
Wilkins Event Services may provide staff as:

Employees
Independent contractors
Partner vendors or subcontractors
Staff selection is based on availability, experience, and staffing needs. We do not guarantee a specific individual unless confirmed in writing.

 
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number to Wilkins Event Services through our Website, booking forms, or direct communication, you agree and consent to receive SMS/text messages and calls from us related to our services, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Quote follow-ups and event coordination
Staffing updates or service notifications
Customer service communication
Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. You may also contact us directly to request removal.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.

 
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilkins Event Services is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
Delays caused by third parties (venues, vendors, weather, traffic, or guests)
Actions of guests or event attendees outside our control
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the services related to the claim.

 
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wilkins Event Services, including its owners, contractors, staff, and partners, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your event operations or venue conditions
Guest conduct or event attendee actions
Your violation of these Terms
Any misinformation you provided regarding event requirements or safety conditions
 
10. Intellectual Property
All Website content including text, branding, logos, graphics, and layout are owned by Wilkins Event Services unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
